Terms and Conditions

The terms that apply when you enquire about or book a trip with Skyway Trips.

1. Bookings and prices

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Package prices may change before booking confirmation due to changes in hotel rates, transportation costs, taxes, or supplier availability.
  • Any additional expenses not mentioned in the package inclusions will be borne by the customer.

2. Travel documents

  • Customers are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, permits, and other required travel documents.

3. Itinerary changes

  • Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, operational issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Third-party services

  • Flights, trains, activities, and other third-party services are governed by their respective terms and cancellation policies.

5. Payment policy

  • 25% of the total package cost is required to initiate the booking and confirm hotel reservations.
  • An additional 25% must be paid on or before 30 days prior to the travel date.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid no later than the time of check-in on Day 1, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the respective hotels and service providers.
